Key Design Features
The details that decide whether a production batch comes out uniform, bubble-free and repeatable.
Single-Piece Die-Cast Twist Blades
The standard twist blade is cast in one piece rather than fabricated and welded, so the helical profile stays accurate and no weld seam sits in the product stream. A folding version is available for narrow vessel openings.
Dispersion Sized to the Vessel
Tip speed is set by the disc diameter, not by shaft rpm. The value quoted in the table is the published maximum for this frame, which is what a paste actually experiences at the wall of the dispersing zone.
Surface Renewal Under Vacuum
Vacuum acts only at the free surface, so the batch has to be brought to it. The scraper arm drags material off the wall and bottom and feeds it back into the blades, which is what makes a single vacuum hold effective.
Jacket, PT100 and Insulation
Double-wall jacket with a bottom flow-guide groove, PT100 sensing in the material rather than the jacket, and a 200 °C heating limit. Above 60 °C the vessel is insulated at the factory, declared at order.
Where the Production Frames Fit
Built for the paste families that run continuously rather than in samples.
Conductive Adhesive
Silver-filled adhesives mixed under vacuum and discharged into drums or cartridges, where entrained air is a scrap criterion.
Battery Slurry
Anode and cathode mixing at production scale, with the jacket holding the slurry at a controlled temperature through the dispersion step.
Solder Paste
Metal-powder pastes need the powder wetted uniformly without grinding it finer — the planetary arms fold while the disperser de-agglomerates.
Electronic Paste
Thermal and electronic pastes where both shear and temperature history have to be repeatable from batch to batch.
Frequently Asked Questions — RJ-VPM-500L
Common engineering inquiries regarding vacuum retention, viscous material discharge, cleanroom compliance, and global FAT sign-off.
Q1. Why is disperser linear speed quoted instead of rpm?
Tip speed, not shaft rpm, sets the shear a paste actually sees. 21 m/s is the published maximum for this frame; two machines with different disc diameters running the same rpm give the paste very different energy input.
Q2. Can the same vessel cool and heat?
Yes. The double-wall jacket with its bottom flow-guide groove accepts either cooling water or heat-transfer oil. Heating is limited to 200 °C, and when the process runs above 60 °C the vessel is wrapped with insulation at the factory, which must be declared when ordering.
Q3. What discharge options are there?
Bottom discharge or front discharge, fixed at order. Bottom discharge suits gravity-fed lines; front discharge suits vessels served by a press-out unit or transfer pump.
