Standard mixers often create dead zones or excessive shear heating in non-Newtonian materials. Ruijing customizes 5-axis CNC machined helical twist blades, double-paddles, anchor scrapers with PTFE wall-wipers, and twin high-shear saw-tooth dispersion discs.

Deep Vacuum & Multi-Stage Mechanical Seals
Eliminate micro-bubbles and volatile solvent vapor leakages. We design pressurized gas-purged double mechanical seals rated for continuous deep vacuum (-0.098 MPa) and positive pressures up to 0.6 MPa.
