MID-BATCH PRODUCTION
100 L Vacuum Dual Planetary Mixer
MODEL: RJ-JBC-100L // CE CERTIFIED
A 100-liter dual planetary vacuum mixer for pilot and mid-batch production of high-viscosity technical pastes — conductive adhesives, solder paste, battery anode slurry and electronic pastes — pairing weld-free die-cast twist blades with an 18.84 m/s high-shear disperser inside a jacketed vacuum vessel.

Key Design Features
Four details that decide whether a 100-liter paste batch comes out uniform, bubble-free and repeatable.
Single-Piece Die-Cast Twist Blades
The standard twist blade is cast in one piece rather than fabricated and welded, so the helical geometry stays accurate and no weld seams or crevices sit in the product stream. A folding-blade version is available for vessels with narrow openings.
18.84 m/s Disperser Linear Speed
The high-shear dispersion disc is sized to the 100-liter vessel so the tip speed reaches 18.84 m/s — enough to wet out and de-agglomerate conductive fillers and anode powders without over-aging the paste.
Cooling and Heating in One Vessel
A double-wall jacket with a flow-guide groove at the bottom handles either cooling water or heat-transfer oil. Process temperature is capped at 200 °C; when the product must run above 60 °C, external insulation is wrapped at the factory and must be declared at order.
Bottom or Front Discharge
Discharge configuration is fixed at order — bottom discharge for gravity-fed lines, front discharge where the vessel is served by a press-out unit or a transfer pump.
Where the 100 L Frame Fits
The four paste families Ruijing builds this frame for — taken from live customer projects, not a generic industry list.
Conductive Adhesive
Silver- and carbon-filled adhesives are thick, thixotropic and easy to aerate. Vacuum mixing under the closed vessel removes entrained air before the adhesive is dispensed.
Solder Paste
Metal-powder solder pastes need the powder wetted uniformly without grinding it finer. The low-speed planetary arms fold the paste while the disperser breaks down agglomerates.
Battery Anode Slurry
Graphite and silicon anode slurries are mixed under vacuum to strip bubbles that would otherwise become coating defects on the electrode line.
Electronic Paste
Thermal and electronic pastes benefit from the jacketed vessel, which holds the paste at a controlled temperature while it is being homogenised.
Frequently Asked Questions — RJ-VPM-500L
Common engineering inquiries regarding vacuum retention, viscous material discharge, cleanroom compliance, and global FAT sign-off.
Q1. Why does disperser linear speed matter more than RPM?
Tip speed, not shaft RPM, sets the shear a paste actually sees. At 18.84 m/s the 100 L disc matches the shear regime of larger frames, so a formula validated on a bigger machine can be scaled down without re-developing the dispersion step.
Q2. Can the same vessel be used for cooling and for heating?
Yes. The double-layer jacket with its bottom flow-guide groove accepts either cooling water or heat-transfer oil. Heating is limited to 200 °C, and when the process runs above 60 °C the vessel is wrapped with insulation at the factory — this must be declared when ordering.
Q3. What discharge configurations are available?
Bottom discharge and front discharge. The choice is fixed at order: bottom discharge suits gravity-fed lines, front discharge suits vessels served by a press-out unit or transfer pump.
Q4. Are the mixing blades welded?
No. The standard twist blade is cast in a single shot from one mould, so there are no weld seams to distort the helix or trap product. A folding-blade version is available for narrow vessel openings.
